Return and Refund Policy
Customers must contact The Rack Revival via email ( ishita@therackrevival.in ) or phone ( +91 8981120063 ) within one day of receiving the product to request a replacement or return. Any requests made beyond this one-day period will not be accepted.
Returns are subject to the terms and conditions. Please note:

Returns are not applicable for discounted products or items purchased using a coupon code.
- Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the product shows signs of damage due to misuse by the customer.
- If the product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, box, and all items originally included with delivery.
- If the product is returned with tampered with or missing serial.
- Customers must not tamper with the product or its authentication seals at any stage of the return process.
If these return policies are violated, the return request will be canceled, and the product will be shipped back to the customer, with additional shipping charges applicable.
If the return is approved after the product has been received and inspected, The Rack Revival will process the refund within 15 business days.
