Shipping Policy
For Buyers:
Once payment for a product is received, delivery may take up to 7-10 days. If you need your product sooner, please reach out to us, and we can arrange expedited shipping for an additional cost. You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your order has been shipped.
For Sellers:
The Seller agrees to deliver the Product to the Company for authentication, repair, cleaning, and/or warehousing during the Sale Period. The Company will securely store the Product with reasonable care and diligence once received.
All shipping of Product between the Seller and the Company is handled by a third-party delivery service. The Company is not liable for any damage, loss, or destruction that may occur while the Product are in the possession of the delivery service provider.
Any delivery costs associated with delivering and returning the Product from the Seller to the Company will be the Seller’s responsibility.
